CMP Group's processing plants are located in Taiwan, Suzhou, Tianjin, and Wuhan. They conduct greenhouse gas inventories in accordance with ISO 14064-1:2018.In 2024, the total annual GHG emission amount was 188,857tCO2e, including Scope 1 emissions, equivalent to approximately 3,576 tCO2e, and Scope 2 emissions, equivalent to approximately 185,281 tCO2e. The total GHG emissions intensity in 2024 decreased by 34.80% compared with the baseline year of 2015.
With joint efforts from suppliers and research institutes, we recycle waste , and turn them into raw materials for low-strength cement and landscaping permeable bricks for further use in another industry. Cross-industry waste reuse not only strengthens industrial symbiosis but also adds new value to the waste.2024, Non-hazardous waste totaled 85,909 tons and hazardous waste totaled 317 tons. The recovery rate of non-hazardous waste was 62.63%, with a reuse rate of 37.03%. The rate of non-recoverable and non-reusable waste declined to 0.34%.
Therefore, water resource management continues to follow three key strategies: reduction, reuse, and recycling. CMP Group has established leak detection systems and operational maintenance protocols. Through regular inspections, projectbased improvement initiatives, self-management, and proposal-based enhancements, the Group promotes water conservation policies and maintains control over water usage within its plans. Water consumption in 2024 is projected to be 401.74 million liters, a decrease of approximately 16.09% from 2023.
